Don't really need to reply to this LM but will, we don't pay players but people can think what they want. We have best players incentives and If we did we would have recruited all our former juniors that play else where - Brading, Brooks, Nickolas, Russell, Mark etc. We have targeted some of former juniors to return to the club and past players back to the club as we think the club has been heading in the right direction off field in the last few years. Now we are just wanting to have more on field success and have been lucky with people at the club chasing their mates to play together. It is lot easier to attract families to the club if they are happy with the environment that is being created. Not sure Ian Williamson haven't seen him or has he been mentioned at all this season, but as a former junior would be great if he wanted to head home to the units.
