Sheesh that's close.

Bit concerned here at the prospect of some accountability for Kenny and the football department.

Kenny’s got a contract extension so it won’t matter

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2023/2024

I have nothing against Nielsen himself, more what he represents.

On one level for too long we've been an under performing boys club that hasn't been willing to make tough decisions.

On another level we've been incredibly poor at developing elite talent, who ever was in charge of that role needed to be move on.

The early 2000's side inbetween India loss and Ashes lost 2005

Border-Gavaskar Trophy (Australia in India) 2000/01 India 2-1 (3)
The Ashes (Australia in England) 2001 Australia 4-1 (5)
Australia in South Africa Test Series 2001/02 Australia 2-1 (3)
Australia v Pakistan Test Series (in Sri Lanka/United Arab Emirates) 2002/03 Australia 3-0 (3)

Trans-Tasman Trophy (Australia in New Zealand) 2004/05 Australia 2-0 (3)

I think its fair to say this side doesn't play outside of Australia enough.

Next test series will be our home summer vs India I think

Re: Australian International Summer 2023/24

Bloody smart by the Kiwis batting time waiting for bad balls, fatiguing our bowlers who only got two session to recover.

Hope our batsmen are watching and learning. This is how you bat not the poor man’s Baz ball you e been playing lately!

The top 4 dont play poor mans baz ball
So no need for them to be watching and learning
Khawaja
Smith
Lab
Green

You need to be more specific on the way Head and Marsh bat

Re: AFL Round 1*

Thursday :
Carlton v Richmond - 3 big ins and Carlton injuries starting to mount

Friday :
Collingwood v Sydney - The premiership hangover is real

Saturday :
Essendon v Hawthorn - Just for Jim
GWS v North - Expect North to get the jump after GWS spending a preseason thinking about one game
Geelong v St Kilda - Saints are actually a good team, will play finals for sure
Gold Coast v Adelaide - Rachele is only good for the first four games of the season, unlucky Suns

Sunday :
Melbourne v Bulldogs - I get suckered in by this mob every year
Port Adelaide v West Coast - All these new Port players will take time to gel
Fremantle v Brisbane - Freo at home, Bris coming off a brutal game last week, Freo too fresh

Hardly the numbers of an absolute superstar top20 player like he is portrayed in the media which is my problem with him.
Played as a forward in a side who was one dimensional. Now getting an opportunity to play up the ground. The numbers he's producing now, are elite. You aren't overrated
