Vessel conditioned beers can taste different. Rolling or tipping a coopers will taste different (and better) than one that is not, same as the start and end of the keg are not the same. Temperate can play a part of taste in some beer styles as well. All this talk of beer is making me thirsty now
What do you do for a co2 now? I’m looking at a 2.6kg for $199. Not cheap but cheaper then renting one.
Kegland have full 2.6kg for $89 + delivery or the 6kg for $99 full but are out of stock till July of the 6kg ones.
Serious? I’ll have to jump on their website and have a look as that’s heaps cheaper. I’m assuming they are second hand at that price but as long as they have been tested I’m not fussed..
Russian imperials are best left minimum of 1 year, longer is better. Mine are normally aged between 2 and 3 years and only 1 year for my stouts and porters.
Swell haven't got their brewery installed there yet, but it is a great place for a beer or 2. They have a number of other brewery beers on tap, so a good selection.
