did they have a BBQ out there today ?

no and got charged $3 .

I look forward to a big article by Dash61 about the price of getting into trial games. Im sure he's not stalking North Adelaide and I have full trust in the man to be consistent. :?

Dash Says :NO COMMENT

I hope you realise that it was free to get in, $3.00 was the charge to pay out D Thomas's retirement..... well i'll blame Doug anyway. A joke paying $3.00 Wedgie, and even for us members as well

I noticed wayne weidaman in the crowd on friday nights game gloating :? , pointing out the mistakes made and the weaknesses Sturt had.

Your presumption is correct. It was with your general manager and he wasnt exactly trying to keep his voice down, it sounded like he has a great career in commentating ahead of him.

I havent got a chance to go to any of the Central trials this year due to cricket commitments but what are people's thoughts on Heath Lawry and Nathan Grima at this early stage? Both have came over with a fairly good reputation are they guarenteed league players and could they be stars.

Lawry looks good. A more agile/felxible/left footed Nick Prokopec basically. Should play alot of league up forward. Only fault i have found is not that good a set shot on goal.

Nathan Grima looks like a Brian Haradia clone. looks set to be a defender. MAy not keep his spot with Sibenaler Graham and Aufderhide to come back . But is young with some good size.

During last season I kept thinking that would be our "down" year, and the team would be better this season. Having said that, we would have to make the GF just to equal last season! But I can see the team performing better in the minor round, and avoiding some of those floggings we got.
