Spoon Day Comes Early

Why are they playing Spoon Day in Round 1.

And why is the ABC covering it?

Check out the SANFL program for the round and you'll see why.
Better one game than none.
And what a game it was too.

Was a good game, but you'd have thought a game between the Premiers and last-years finalist would have been better...

Obviously the drive down would have cost too much for the ABC though...

Thankfully it WAS the better game. Should be a ding-dong battle for 8th and 9th this year!

Facilities would be an issue - and probably the major one.

Thought the first half was about as poor an advertisment for our competition as I've ever seen. Sure, it picked up a bit after that but the majority of the game was dire with the closeness of the scores about all it had to go for it.

Trust me on this one, as a Norwood supporter I KNOW shit football.

As a Norwood fan I prefer it when the Legs are apart.

It seems like you watched the whole game. Do you like watching shit football? or was it pretty good looking back on it.

Sturt play West and Glenelg 3 times each. South have got their usual best team pokies can buy, North continue to disappoint. If their coach spent more time in his own backyard, instead of posturing -and getting it wrong- on TV..........a big if. And Norwood don't look any less ordinanary than they have for years.

Anyway, there's quite a few more games there to be won.
