Yes , a good win. A game that really had to be won and we won- thank goodness because our form in recent weeks has been deplorable. This week will be a real test and a chance to see where we are at in the whole scheme of things. Pleasing games from a couple of local youngsters who were give a go and really played well, Hunter and Elliot. The injury-a hamstring to Parry is a huge concern and we will miss him particularly against the dogs.
I noticed that South created well from out of defence yesterday, particularly "Bobby" Carlile who seemed to be able to run the full length of the ground without an opponent with damaging effectiveness. Who was supposed to be standing him..? :D

Cant work South out. (oh the pain of being a South supporter!)
Last week, pathetic, uninspired football then come out and play like a team.

They are like a light switch. On, OFF, OFF, OFF, On....

Dogs after a loss. Ahhhh....Might get messy. It will be a huge test.
Well done Hunter. Star in the making.

See where we are at after this weeks game.
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

I loved the Weed's quote in the paper about seeing the hamburger with the works served up by his side. He is a character the SANFL needs, even if his half time efforts are cut short so he can spend considerable time puffing on a smoke out back.
As for picking up a fool like Cupido......
Westies were making progress this season, but the last two weeks has seen a real regression. Not getting those early wins has hurt.
