STURT’S RYAN HERRING WINS ROUND 15 COCA-COLA STAR SEARCH AWARD NOMINATION
Ryan Herring from the Sturt Football Club has been named the Round Fifteen Coca-Cola Star Search Award nominee.
Playing at centre half forward, Herring kicked 3 goals one for Sturt in their 110 point win over South Adelaide at Unley on Saturday. Ryan collected 14 possessions including 11 marks, 11 kicks and 3 handballs.
20 year old Ryan, who stands at 194cm, transferred from Victoria in 2005 after playing in the Under 18 TAC Cup competition for the North Ballarat Rebels. Herring has played 7 games for Sturt this season, after making his League debut in Round 15 of last season.
Ryan is Sturt’s fourth Coca-Cola Star Search Award nominee this season, following Ryan Darling in Round 2, Craig Evans in Round 3 and John McDonald in Round 11.

Great news... This guy played a ripper on Saturday. We'll need him to back it up with another if we want to beat the Roosters...

But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.

but do all players need an overseas holiday mid season to freshen up & then play extra well ?
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

He was very good on saturday :? More often than not though the midfielders had time to hit him 'lace out', given the lack of midfield pressure.
