He must have mellowed, he did some consultancy work with the NT U/18s and NT Institue of Sport in 2001, was great bloke very easy to talk to and approachable.

Very knowledgeable when it came to footy, can see why he got snapped up by AFl clubs when he left West.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I found Pyman a very approachable guy with a great sense of humour when I met him.
He's a different man on game day though but that's expectable as his full concentration is on the game at hand.

For some people and particularly media types then RP presents as very different person.
He is always works on building his own personal PR image.
That is the best way to create a media job after football coaching.
For the plebs there is nothing.
Kenny Sheldon was the same type.
A quote of some value " always be kind to everyone on the way up because you might meet them on the way down"
