The weather is going to be perfect, in the low 20's apparently, so there is no reason why there shouldn't be at least 7,000 people there.

Given the choice of the two games on the night, I know where the fair dinkum Centrals and Sturt supporters will be.

looking forward to assisting centrals break their record. I get the feeling they dont need Sturt supporters out their on saturday, as they have a big following.
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.

Stray, why do you not want those who have pre-arranged marriages to come? *grins*
Actually I will be in the area but not at the match sadly. Will be at the Barossa Gourmet weekend with the lady I am not pre-engaged to but hopefully one day will be *grins*

Cheers

LOL. Yes, pre-arranged marriages welcome too. Valet parking available.

All the best bulldogproud - sounds like this lady is worth it. I guess you could always duck out to the car every now and then for a quick update.* :-#

All things going well, I'll be taking StrayPup for a half a dozen laps around Prospect Oval first. Who knows, might even get too see some of that match too. :)

bulldog pommy, lesthemechanic - top stuff! :D

Why? Have you not heard of VCR's or DVDR's? Go to Elizabeth, tape Crows, back home by 9:30 and then watch Crows game whilst they are all still stuck in the carpark or in a traffic jam somewhere.

Dogs get great home crowds, would be even better for the comp if more of them travelled though...

OK, so I got 2 more mates to come along on Sat. night ( a Magpies supporter & a long suffering Panthers supporter - and his AFL team is Freo - could he have picked a worse double ? ) to make up for a couple of the stay away fruit tingles fans.
I hope it's a BIG crowd, the game deserves it.
Just a side note - My first ever game I saw was Sturt v Centrals at Elizabeth ( was either 1969 or 1970, not sure ) .
