ladder since round 10 (glenelgs 2nd win)

Postby bayman » Sun Aug 26, 2007 10:49 am

central....18
glenelg....17
sturt.......14
eagles.....14
north......12
port........7
norwood..6
south.....4
west......2

i know it means nothing over the entire season but i do think it is an interesting couple of points the first (obvious central clearly best performed team over the entire season) & glenelg only 1/2 game behind them over the last 11 weeks & i'll add that the eagles wouldn't be that far behind either
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Im glad the Bays fans didn't take me up on the offer to bet on who would finish higher on the ladder out of North and Glenelg when Sturt1 wouldn't take them up on their bet.
Turns out they would have been much better off betting with me than sturt1.

If the season started in Rd 10

Postby Wedgie » Sun Aug 26, 2007 4:43 pm

The ladder would be:

Central 18pts
Glenelg 17pts
Sturt 14pts
Eagles 14pts
North 12pts

Port 7pts
Norwood 6pts
South 4pts
West 2pts

<edit, these were 2 separate posts, stupid me started the same topic as bayman, now merged>

This proves that the season really starts after round 10, like so many Centrals fans have been saying for a few years.

Christ, I just found it and you're right I did too, the saddest part about it was I actually grabbed the ladder from the end of rd 9 and the current ladder and worked it all out for myself when I could have just copied it!
I make more credible posts when Im pissed, Im getting a beer out of the fridge now!
WADH!

PS Should I merge them or leave them separate so we can continue to have a laugh at me as I deserve it?

the ladder doesnt lie
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.
