R23-When to play

Postby CUTTERMAN » Mon Sep 03, 2007 11:32 am

With the Power playing Friday night and Adelaide playing Saturday arvo when do you want your SANFL team to play. I've heard that ABCTV want to cover both Sturt v North and Eagles v Glenelg and therefore need a game on Saturday. Alot of Crows fans will be travelling to Melb. and will only be able to see a Sunday game. If the SANFL want to maximize attendances aswell as TV coverage maybe they should look at a double header at Adelaide Oval on Sunday, providing the new turf will stand up to it. If all teams due to play finals play on Sunday everyone gets the same break.
Your thoughts?

Sunday would be best, but according to the NAFC website the game will be Saturday Arvo.
Centrals didn't change the night game the other week...bafoons!
How good was it to see 5000 at the Bay on the weekend, Crows friday night, Power sat night...hello!
Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.
