Why do these idiots forget they are not watching stupid soccer, leave the flares at home next time ffs . Apart from that i thought the centrals fans where pretty good, had a golden chat to a couple before the game and they seemed like good blokes  . Thought the crowd was pretty much even, maybe in Norths favour if anything?

Didnt Jarman say during the week he wanted their supporters to be like liverpool and other european soccer clubs supporters.

He compared us to Liverpool and Man U supporters because of the amount of red we wear not the illegal activites that others participate in. FFS.

No he didn't, after the reference to Liverpool and Adelaide United (I was wrong before saying Man U) he didn't mention anything about the atmosphere being like a soccer game, I was actually at the media conference when he made reference to it. When asked about the see of red he was expecting:

"It would be great - like Liverpool and Adelaide United"
"I reckon every North supporter, you've got to wear red, you've got to paint your face and do everything you can"

It was clearly a reference to the colour red.

You're confusing Jarman's quote with an article by Zac Milbank. FFS right back at ya buddy.

Being a Port supporter you wouldn't know anything of being a winner for quite a while now hey. It's a massive achievement playing off in the GF. I'd bet there are a lot of power supporters still gloating they made the AFL GF. Come back when Port are good enough to play finals again let alone a GF.

Seriously now, do you lot want a bowl of milk? I like the flares, some don't, it adds colour & atmosphere. What is the problem? If you don't like them, don't touch them!

I believe the Rooster wait for a premiership will continue to be a long one. Hart, Howard, Bamford are doubtful for next year. No sight of McIntyre all weekend, who knows what will happen there. Crows will probably have Nick Gill all year. Perrie will be gone, who knows about Lonie (he doesn't want to GFs for us anyway). Allan, Cubillo and one or two more may be lost to the AFL. Some big losses...

The flares blatantly ignore Aami Stadium's smoke-free zones.

As a doggies supporter I am embarrassed by the flares. I would be happy if the stadium security could identify the culprits and have them charged as I think what they are doing is illegal. I don't want to be judged in the same category as these morons.

Best side on the day won, best side in the comp won, no doubt about it. There were feral supporters on both sides, those idiots with flares being the main ones, how they get them in is anyones guess must have them concealed in some orifice or something. I met quite alot of dog supporters during the day and after many years of doubting alot of them I was pleasantly suprised. Those I met were actually decent human beings and did actually know something about Australian Rules. Yes there is feral supporters in every club (I'm probably our clubs biggest) but lets look at the overall picture, most clubs have genuine fun supporters that go to the footy to support their side and not get in situations with others. To those Centrals guys I met and had a drink or two on G/F day, thanks, you have changed one opposition supporters views on your supporters reputation
