Centrals Hour

Postby calzy » Thu Dec 13, 2007 9:25 pm

Big thanks to RPH Adelaide for the 8pm broadcast tonight.
Chad O'Sullivan and Trent Goodrem were on the show and Kris Grant and Roy Laird spoke over the phone.
Great stuff - all sounds good for next year.
Trent has signed for 2008.

GO THE MIGHTY DOGS.

Not really, a lot of back slapping from the commentators and joking, Gowans were mentioned 30 or 40 times.
There wasn't a lot of questions about recruiting, it was mentioned and the response was that the club just wanted to see what would happen over the drafts.
Some good stuff mentioned, like 10 players under 23 winning their first Grand Final.
A bit of a summary of what the club has achieved really.

Thanks for that. Pity I missed it. May end up doing some voluntary work for RPH once I hit town.

Happy to help :D

Should also mention that last nights show might not be online first thing in the morning so probably best to try after lunch (Adelaide time).

Hey JAS, Do me a favour, and keep your eye out for the Burnley FC blimp. It was cut loose 1/2 an hour after it was put outside the club, and the met office said it should have reached the Scottish borders by about noon today. If you see it can you gvrab it and bring it back please.

Now a naughty poster would say that's once for each time they time they should have been reported, or even once each for how many games they should have been banned, but I would never dream of bringing up that old nutmeg again

Haha...might be a bit of a problem with that...living literally nextdoor to an RAF base full of Tornado fighter jets I'm afraid the buggers will shoot it down long before it reaches us :? Would probably be able to produce a collection of wreckage and pass it off as a flying saucer in the style of Roswell
