while its all *new to the other team(apart from the eagles)* its just same ol same ol for the dogs,experience is the key in the finals and expect it.until they get a challenge in that area they will continue to make the big dance.north learned to *not be overawed*hence made a step per season.so yea the dogs will be there in 08.As for laird he knows what it takes to hold the team together.

Even Darel Hart, Wayne Weidemann,Trevor Hill, Robert Pyman would be able to take Centrals to another Grand Final with the off field set up that Centrals have.
The question should be how would Roy Laird go at a club that is not as well resourced as Centrals?
