Just had a look on the SANFL website and couldn't find anything.

By the way, Burdett got 3 votes in the only game (out of 14) he was not named in Glenelg's best player list (Round 18 vs Norwood)!

Just goes to show how "unpredictable" the umpires votes are - there is never such thing as a certainty for these awards..........

I don't think Burdett was ever a certainty, perhaps amongst the Bay supporters.

I wasn't saying that Burdett was a certainty at all - just using the example of how he polled votes in possibly the game he was least likely to do so, to show that these awards are unpredictable.

I don't think that anybody follows the Reserves closely enough to get a good idea on who should really be favourite.

Where did you get those results from? Did Lee saunders poll vates while he was at south also or did he transfer before the season started?

I don't think Lee Saunders played for South this year - he was playing at Langhorne Creek before he came to Glenelg before Round 9.

I only have the Glenelg votes because I asked a Glenelg person who was at the count.

Joel Campbell from North got 10 votes only playing 5 games!
Imagine if he'd played the other 3/4s of the season!
