A way for two clubs to save money

Postby Peter Falconia » Sun Sep 24, 2006 7:11 pm

Maybe the Eagles and North can share a session with a therapist. The Dogs have a mental stranglehold on both these teams. Looks like these teams will have to wait for South to knock them out of a finals series, before either can win a Grand Final.

Good idea, merge North and the Eagles, keep Central, and kick the other 6 teams out of the comp.
It'd stop wasting 23 rounds a year, the other teams are a waste of space.

Hang on Port Adelaide Proud - if you beleive the Power, they are the most succesful club in footy history. They are the club that has all the history etc. Not the newly formed Port Adelaide Magpies.

I thought you'd know that....;)

That would work with the 5 colours to be incorporated in the guernsy , Centrals would have epileptic fits on the field.
If at first you don't succeed , then destroy all evidence that you tried in the first place

Why don't you go read the history page on the Port Magpies website.

The PAFC and the PAMFC share the history from 1870-1996.

Hmm there wouldn't be any bias in that source would there? :-k :-k
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

sharing is caring hey,
I love the way the history of their football club just chops and changes to whichever club it suits at the time. One week its the magpies history the next week its the power. I'm surprised the Magpies haven't added the Powers 2004 premiership to their list as well.

The history has ALWAYS been shared in that time frame between the two clubs.

Of course they have always shared because when the Port Adelaide Magpies were running around in the 60, 70, 80's you could imagine Jack Cahill, Fos Williiams all thinking how pretty teal would look on their guernseys.
Oh and lets hope it's nice and sunny when we go and play in Brisbane and they couldn't wait to their club was raped of all their assests to the point they had to ask everyone for two dollars.
You always shared.
