I am not looking forward to that game :D but you guys showed us last year that a team can comeback , after our great win over you!

Yes that was our worst loss for 5 years  Hopefully we put up a better effort this time. 8-[

they may well have come out and kicked 6 goals in the third quarter and you all think it worked but what you have to remember is the third quarter is the only quarter really dominated by the Eagles and that Glenelg have a strong history of going to sleep for a period in the game and the third quarter last saturday was it.

so the players dont get on, it couldnt happen to two better clubs!!!!!!

coming from a supporter of a club who is renowned for sacking coaches part way through a year your statement means very little , since we have been ONE club for 16 yrs that little jive makes no sense go back to the gay oops I mean the bay mate, and if we still play like this at the end of the year then I will think you maybe onto something!!

Here I am. Not much to say at the current time. I still believe at our very best we're capable of beating any side in this comp, anything under that will get shown up this season with the comp being the evenest it's been in years. Unfortunately we haven't shown enough of our best so far. With an improved 4 qtr effort this week I think we can beat Norwood but on current form I believe the Legs are deserved favourites.

the Eagles will struggle this year. They've replaced key forwards with guys who were playing reserves at another club, the playing group & coach appear to be heading in different directions. Will probably make the finals, but only just, wouldn't be shocked if they missed.

MICKYJ hey i know we dont have the best record when it comes to coaches and the number that are turned over.

maybe you dont want to face the facts that your pretty club might actually be deep in turmoil at the moment.

It has been so good watching them in the grand finals previous years because all the punters all load up on Centrals.

My friend MT 79 I can face the fact that we are in deep shit , my main arguement about last weeks game was with the "Loyal Eagle" fans sitting behind me ,that shit they were coming out with should be done at the end of a year not at the start !! For the record it will be fullers last year no matter what we do or how he coaches, in fact after the G/F Loss in 2004 he shouldve been replaced , but saying that what happened last year to the rest of the SANFL teams!!
Lets look back MT 79 I am that old mate, I clearly remember games that we would kick 1 or 2 goals(both teams) , and that wanker KG wanted to merge (funny it did happen in the end) the two teams for a state game against Tassie.
Know for the record I know what shit is I watched it when I was kid when your mob and port and sturt and Norwood would wipe the ground with my Eagles so dont tell me I dont know when my team is shit . The one lesson I learnt from those years was to have faith perhaps if your team had more faith you would've needed less Coaches !!
Just one more thing when West Torrens and Woodville were shit so were Central Districts and upto this year(perhaps the last 5) we have been near the top not a cellar dewller like your team became!!

You know if the Eagles backline maned up last week the score wouldve been different, but it wasnt so hopefully they will man up this week.
