yes, good to hear JN and CK calling the reserves game on sunday on rph, these two would make a pretty good commentary team also, their flair for the call and natural humour comes over really well in the call.

memo to rph - get jn, ck and ca calling more games for next year. the three were great in the reserves gf and gave a lot of flair and humour to the call, it all sounded like they were having a bit more fun than those in the main game later on!

All the more credit to CK, JN and ca as they're all passionate Norwood people and watching that Reserves Final without having to commentate would have been hell.

Top marks guys :) 8) 8)

Ive met CA and CK (haven't met JN) and even though CA and I very rarely see eye to eye I agree fully, all 3 of them are very good callers of footy, much better than anything I could do. With Phil moving onto other pastures RPH should be looking seriously and closesly at all of these guys.
Im getting a DVD of the ressies game and look forward to hearing their commentary.
3 more passionate, knowledgable and most importantly well spoken lads as far as the SANFL goes you wouldn't find.

"With Phil moving onto other pastures"

Just to reiterate a previous post

Fact is I plan to still be a part of the RPH Football Coverage in 2007 in a reduced capacity

My Panther duties preclude me from calling when there is a South home game scheduled.
I may also have commitments during other South games.

However given RPH called 43 minor rd matches take out all 20 for South and that still leaves
a reasonable amount for me to be involved with.

I also plan to be involved in one of the week day segments.

All this was discussed with SAFC & RPH prior to being appointed.

However I concur that Chris A, Chris K and John do an excellent job whenever they are called on to be involved.
