SANFL clubs miss out

Woewodin has signed as captain with East Fremantle for the next three years.
For every one I miss I am closer to a hole in one.

Assistant coach, understandable, walk in as captain? ?Unbelievable.

Clearly the money was acceptable for him to make the move, clearly he also thinks the captaincy is worth plenty too.

As far as SANFL misses out, would you at your club like to see that sort of deal go on ? Methinks not.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Freo will draft him after next season he will have a gun year over there in the west. Walk in Captain what a joke resentment will hit BIG Time. Some player will not like him being made a captain, without their imput.

Strawb (Maccy oval ain't that bad these days), I would suggest Woewodin's AFL career is over regardless of whether he was to even win the Sandover Medal by 15 votes. He has a Perth wife and he would be looking to life after football so there would have been no need for him to play SANFL football unless he felt there was even a remote chance of him breaking back into AFL.
