Should be a great game on Saturday at Thebarton. North will be strengthened by the inclusion of Gill and Wintle. I'd play Frewen on Gill and have Shattock close by as the third man up when Gill gets closer to goal. Ryswyk killed us last time and Bamford always plays well, but Treeby and Jarrad are in good form. Who comes out on top on the wings may well decide the game. Both defences will be tested with Motlop the danger small man for North and Inkster for the Eagles. If we can close down the wings and keep Gill down to 2 or 3 goals the Eagles can win this one.

During the news, they said that Skipworth wasn't playing for Adelaide, so that would mean that he would be an in for the Eagles, not an out. :?

Skipworth is listed as an emergency for the Crows so there is every possibility that he may play for the crows so therefore he is not really an in or an out at this stage. Only time will tell. Will know definately tomorrow night.

Should be a crackerjack game. Both sides look really good on paper. Surely Gill can't be ready to play this week. Should be a huge crowd for what would be close to the match of the year so far. My tip the Eagles by about 4 goals.

What would you know about Gill. You are lucky North have "held back" Hargy, White and others for extra recovery.

Its going to piss down and they will get 2500 and 2000 of them will be North fans.

The forecast is for a light shower or two.

I don't think the Eagles can win regardless of the weather.

Was a good lesson for Jars that Mickyj. He realised beyond any doubt that Hargs is never going to be a defender. If Grocke can kick 5 goals on him imagine what a good player would do

HAHAHA good one RR. You didnt watch his efforts against West ,with a ruggolo or vince etc roving at his feet will be an interesting match to watch !!
Actually Im waiting for the ruck clash myself seeing in round 1 we had no Lindsey .
There are signs that this will be a great attacking game by both teams ,we just need to see if Skipworth is playing for the crows or WWT.
Oh and for the north supporters that think WWT dont play attacking football ron fuller said in the eagles memeber news letter that the experts forget that we play attacking football I am looking forward to a great clash tomorrow.
A very close game that maybe too close to call .

Sorry RM - just came across that way. Usually in conversation if someone says something and another person says "What would you know about ____", it's almost rude/condesending.

Apologies if you're not rude and condesending :)
