HeartBeatsTrue wrote:Wedgie, with Adel Oval out of action it leaves only Norwood to host Fri night games.
Rd1 was a Thurs night but would have been a Friday if it wasnt Easter weekend.
Rd2 Norwood Bye
Rd3 Norwood away to South
Rd4 Norwood away to Sturt
Rd5 Friday night game vs North
Are you suggesting one of 2 things?
1. Norwood to play just home games for the first 4 weeks of the season.
2. Norwood Oval to host nuetral Friday night games

I don't have a big problem with either of those suggestions but how hard would it be for the SANFL to program a Friday night match at Norwood Oval in the first month of the season? They don't seem to have a problem with programming a Friday night match in the coldest month of the season, its not rocket science surely?

Sorry about that but I wouldn't have thought that the figures were down considerably on last year given the success of CDFC's night games and the seven odd thousand at the first Norwood/Port game.
