Are North the first team in 2007 to have beaten every other team in the comp?

Would have thought so.Sturt beaten North?

More so,do West have time to hand the spoon to South?
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Funnily enough, Sturt were just a few goals away from achieving that feat on Saturday...we blew it, damn it!

The minor premiers-elect will have to wait for a couple of weeks (at least) to complete the feat. Hopefully we can pull off* an upset at Hamra under lights...

Since we play you lot in a couple of weeks I doubt we need to wait until the finals, given that we definitely have the chance...

Christ, you're right, I always forget about the insignicant clubs.
Sad part about it is we haven't even got close to them yet.
A 9 team comp and come the end of Round 19 there's still 2 teams we've only played 1 time.
WTF SANFL??

I must have come in exactly as you saw it, straight after publishing.
Given we've gone so far through the season it's incredible that North/Glenelg and Centrals/Sturt are both yet to meet for a second time, until Round 21 in any case!

Will that be an 'up' week for the Rooters, or a 'down' week?
I can't tell, mind you I doubt you Rooter fans can either!

Nah, we've already worked it out, most of our troubles come when we play on Sunday (or Monday as the case was once this year).
Basically with our theory we'll win every game for the rest of the minor round and then lose our 2 finals games as they're on Sundays.
Somoe people might call it choking but it will be in fact the Sundayitis problem we have and if finals we played on a Saturday we'd win the flag easily!

Yes, Wedgie, the problem is that all North players are Christians and rest on the Sabbath. Don't worry, I have someone ready to circumcise them and make them Jewish by September *grins*

Nope - albeit North have a way of beating themselves*, they just couldn't roll the Yabs.
Dogs don't earn anything for this one, alas...

Spelly - how many times in the minor round has only one team defeated all other teams in the Comp?

You must be a tad gutted this morning, Wedgeman!
That's four consecutive seasons of hope, all to fail late in each year - three blown double chances, one sad finals series.
Not sure what it is, maybe Glenelg are getting under everyone's guard!

Who cares if they do?
They've already tried hanging up a supporters comments in the changerooms before a game to inspire the players to victory, worked a treat yesterday too.
