Twice from memory

1998ish - Gary McIntosh in a Friday night match at Norwood. A couple of other incidents in that match saw the 2nd siren introduced post game

2001 EF - A West player late in the game.

Locky: This applies to the SANFL ("all competitions other than the AFL competition"), but I can't find anywhere whether or not the SANFL has a non-default determination to 20.4.

any other Reportable Offence other than those listed in Law 20.2, shall,
in addition to being reported, be ordered from the Playing Surface for
the remainder of the Match.

20.4 Replacing Player

elapse before a Player ordered from the Playing Surface under Laws
20.2 or 20.3 can be replaced by another Player. In the absence of a
determination by a Controlling Body, a Player ordered from the Playing
Surface under this Law shall not be replaced by another Player.

Reckon he will get a game for the elbow but the second report was a bit harsh, i reckon both players slid in at same time

Happened in the Reserves game at Broadview today, player sent off and not replaced for the game, pretty certain all leagues now have the same rules these days

Rph reckon the first was after a hip and shoulder and the second was accidental.

They now think Bass might be in trouble with the Umps now as well.
