North v West at Richmond was HEAD to HEAD against Sydney v Geelong, the last 2 premiers and that was on at EXACTLY the same time not 2 hours later (which I wouldn't regard as head to head) and down the road with Sydney against a hack side. North v West was also up against another SANFL game. All things taken into account I'd count that as a win to the North v West game despite getting 9 less at Richmond.

On another note and pet memberships and free members at Woodville aside I hope the Bays fans come out of the woodwork on Monday so North can have the higest crowd 4 weekends in a row.

Also impressed with Sturt's membership and marketing efforts, great article in the paper yesterday about it.

As I said yesterday that felt like one of the biggest crowds ive bern to at Richmond in ages. If the crowd figures are to be believed than West have some issues because to get just over 3k yesterday was poor.
Battle of the top 2 on a perfect day weather wise against a side that has very good away support and with no local footy against it is poor. Yes the Cows were on 2 hours later but I would of expected closer to 4k yesterday
