Why did Central only do half the job and not wear blue shorts and the 80's socks as well?

the SANFL clothes manufacturer (who ever that is) didn't complete the shorts or the socks on time. Obviously Central haven't worn blues shorts in that long there wasn't a whole set of 21. And they couldn't just where any blue shorts they had to have sponsors logos on them and so on.
So in whole Central District is no way at fault for what happened but they are expecting a nice sum of money back from the company, plus a few other percs as well.
