I watched it for the first time in a few weeks after hearing Hutchy wasn't hosting it

Tom Rehn is a better host - however when they did the wide shot going into the first ad break Goodwin looked like he was about to fall asleep

I thought if he was that bored than the show probably isn't going to get any better so I switched off

I agree with that whufc, the other guest was Brogan, who again hasn't been here for a while.

Hutchy is a major partner in Croc Media which producers the show. He will host it for however long he wants too unfortunately. Maybe he will get bored with it and move on,

it is a very shallow conversation and it is clear that none of them on the panel are on top of what is a happening.
Only the TV game mentioned more than the score.

The pre-recorded part is OK but would prefer a discussion on the games with someone might have actually gone to one in recent memory.

That's always going to be the issue when you shoot a sports show in a different state than it's targeted for

Have been trying to watch it most weeks, and agree, some of the guests don't come overly well. Balmey seems to have a deep genuine interest in the SANFL, but is naturally limited, not being involved with it every day.
I wonder if it could be improved by giving some recent current ex-SA players without media profiles an opportunity/test - blokes who had played a bit of league footy such Puopolo, Joel Tippett, Morris, Stokes, Gordon

Not sure about this Rowey business on the panel but still good to see footage of Crawf playing for Aldinga.

Thought that was a good interview with Alex Georgiou in the studio yesterday.

Stopped watching it after a few weeks. The show spends half the time on the AFL (no interest here) but disappointed that I missed the Alex Georgiou interview  . Would have tuned in had I known.

I was channel surfing a few weeks back and noticed Tom Rehn was hosting it, has Hutchy palmed off the hosting duties?

Congrats to Steve Summerton winning the coveted Farmers Union Iced Coffee medal for the season! ;)

But good to see they flew him over there to present him with it and the $5,000 cheque.

Show 1 for 2015 season:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CdVGCuDjnyY

Good to see the 2 panel members - Rodan & Bassett had a strong association with SANFL and the SA AFL sides.

Maccas Cup is being included this year and the local scores are being shown.
