I have heard Josh Francou to coach Sturt. Would they consider Ben Warren who has been an assistant to Mattner?

Geoff Riddle current assistant coach @ Sturt = gun

I’m sure David Oateys and Marty Mattner would endorse the above statement

Ahh, sure.

Riddle has only coached Mawson Lakes in lower divisions, hasn't he?

If Ben Warren wants to be a League coach again, surely it's a no-brainer for the Sturt hierarchy.

Norwood may lose three of their big 4... Grigg could well be drafted, another may well be heading back to his Country Club and a third is being hotly pursued by the Magpies looking for a marquee replacement (and considering his gross underpayment at the Club compared to some, this may well be an offer too good to refuse).

Grigg will be drafted. Georgie and Bauldy to possibly return to their country clubs and I doubt anyone will be headed to Port

Matthew Wright has retired from Carlton and joined Adelaiide as a development coach. He will captain the Crows SANFL side.

Would rather see him in the red and white.

Paul Stewart will be a big loss for the Eagles. Was playing great football towards the end of the season.

Work, young family I believe. Probably end up back at Henley I'd say.

Great player and will be sadly missed. Form good enough to go on for at least a couple of years but follows the trend of players retiring before their time.

On the plus side, his departure will free up a fair bit of salary space to hopefully land a couple of ex-Eagles likely to be axed by AFL clubs
