FWIW My mail says Jarman has been interviewed twice and it is down to him or Mead.

So first priorities will be a large colourful tiger for pre-game entertainment and a new half-time playlist..........

bay coaching applicants...did i hear correctly ?

Like Jars or not, he has a better record in the SANFL than another high paid coach. Took a wooden spooner to finals in 1 season and a GF in 3.

Jars would surely be the man to help glenelg with their recent poor finals record.

If Mead gets job it will be interesting to see how he views League/Reserves set up on the other side of the coin.

Glenelg football club- 23rd September

Senior Coach Update

This week the Club has taken another step in the recruitment process for our next senior coach with the commencement of the interview stage. Interviews will continue throughout next week. Whilst we are seeking to make an appointment as soon as practicable we will allow the process to take whatever course it requires to ensure we get the best candidate for the role. The panel consisting of board members Nick Chigwidden, Justin Scripps plus AFL great Shaun Rehn and myself will provide a recommendation to the board once the preferred candidate is identified. Whilst we won’t be publicly disclosing the candidates names I can confirm that caretaker coach Kris Massie is one of the five that will be presenting to the panel.
