Rubbish. All he said was all options need to be laid on the table and make a decision from there. At the moment there is no information coming from anyone.

You have the Crows saying they want a 2nds side but not giving any info on where they get their top up players from.
You have the banner holders saying no, no matter what, even if it means the end of the Magpies and perhaps another couple of clubs because they can't be financial.
You have the SANFL saying it is last on a number of issues, yet clearly an answer needs to be coming soon.
You have the AFL wanting reserves side in the SANFL but not giving any thought on how that effects our competition.

We need all the information with all scenarios, and then we can say no!

Good post Aerie.
Assuming it will take a 2/3 majority to carry the vote the yes vote needs 6 of 8. Even a clear majority needs 5 of 8.
About time the cards were placed on the table.

I am a NO. But would love PhilH or Big Phil to actually detail some of the issues from both viewpoints so my NO could be a more informed one.

Foot-e Times covered it a fair bit in depth last year and ran a readers survey this season.

Maybe we should have a readers questions issue, readers ask questions and the panel does some research work to try & answer them.

Wouldn't it be great to see an 8-0 NO vote.

Yes. 9-0 would be better. Anyone have any idea on how Rob Kerin would vote?
