So the previous highest was the 14K Bays v Sturt in 2008.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Until next week....

Port will have no answer for all of Reynolds, McBean and Scott. Can see it being a flogging.

They had the answers last week!

Reynolds played his worse game for the year, hardly had a touch. McBean got injured though, and Scott was quiet too.

Is the key to the game though who wins that battle.

Well done, Bays. Good luck in the big ‘un.

Also, its the third time in four seasons we’ve had a prelim final with a 19th man.

Any boss who sacks a Glenelg fan for not turning up to work today, is a Bum!

8,974 - highest prelim crowd in the last 11 seasons, 2nd highest since 2004 and above average for post-1997 prelim crowds.

Also pretty good considering Glenelg probably contributed to 95% of that number.

Take 1 off as I left after the 2 good wins by the Eagles

Correct - 13,846.

The Bays bandwagon is alive and well. Their home crowds were up 1,149 per game - the biggest single increase in any season for any club at their home venue since .... Glenelg in 2008 (+2,067 on 2007).

Tipping the Grand Final crowd to be 41,000.

Unfortunately couldn’t be there yesterday. Did they put the free kick count up on the big screen at halftime & also have the ground announcer give it out over the PA system like last week?

Fogarty any chance of trying to dominate a game with the ball in hand as opposed to being a bully and throwing cheap shots around the place?

Of course, I forgot you can't make an observation on one subject without it directly correlating with another.

If we had a measure for biggest bandwagons, that would be it.
