Can thank a former North official who now has a job with the SANFL ironically in an area where he would probably have contact with Cubillo for Josh leaving the club.

Have heard a couple of reasons. Shame because he is a good lad, and Josh and his family seemed to enjoy being at North.

Maybe drop an email to the NT Anti-descrimination Commissioner, he might be able to shed some light on it.

Eye witness accounts have put worse offenders away. Maybe the bloke has a conscious and will come forward himself. I know if a sturt player did this, I'd be calling for him to be penalized.

So no-one saw it, no-one can confirm what happened, and the SANFL and Sturt have closed the matter ... and you're still sure you know what happened?

The AFL interview players when they have an unfilmed incident. The SANFL seem quite happy to close the "investigation" very quickly.Wonder if they have interviewed Wundke's teammates and the opposition players? Be interesting to see if any civil action comes of this-am sure the SANFL would love the publicity then! :?

Firstly, I hope the lad is Ok and returns asap.

Secondly, if something occurred that was not within the rules then let natural justice takes its course. The severity of the injuries doesn't necessary have anything to do with guilt or innocence.

Soders on the ABC allegedly saw a "king hit".

If the report is true, the severity of the injury will tell us about the callousness of the perpetrator. i.e. I don't think you could call it "sport"

So Soders was either lying, mistaken or never said it at all ... don't you think he would have been asked to give whatever evidence he had?

I saw it, I was near a grassy knoll.
I'm scared to say anything though as the FBI might get me, I think they pressured the SANFL to not further investigate it.
All I wil say is that his head went in a backward motion and Kirk was standing to his back and his left, his back and his left.
Unless Kirk is quadruple joined and an acrobat then the offending hit obviously came from someone standing between me and Wundke, possibly near me or at the grassy knoll.
I didn't howerver see what happened immediately afterwards as I yelled out "Dig a hole and bury him" and ran away.

From what I can gather, Wundke was felled by a purple monkey dishwasher.

If what I've been told is true, then some fellow supporters are going to have egg on their faces. Did anyone claiming 'thuggery' actually SEE the incident or the aftermath?
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Obviously the Glenelg bloke did something, footballers dont go off on a stretcher with a suspected broken jaw and neck injuries through thin air. Maybe it was in retaliation maybe it wasnt.

No footage and no 100% witnesses caught the incident so the bloke can not be suspended on pure speculation.

Worse thing for the Glenelg bloke is KARMA has a very funny way of catching up with people, it may not happen this week, next week or in a years time but karma tends to bite most people on the a..... sorry bottom.

I'm not a huge fan of cdfc.info, too many fans of one leaning leads to far too much idiocy and paranoia. Not as bad as db.org though, worse fan site around that one.

There have been numerous incidents on sports fields where an injury occurs without there being a reportable incident to cause it.

I can't believe that without anyone seeing the incident, a player's reputation is affected and is tarnished to being known as "a thug".

I would have thought the Sturt Cheer Squad would have had a good view? It happened at their end of the ground?
Surely another Sturt player would have remonstrated straight away if a vicious act occurred.

No-one from the Sturt FC wants to take it any further, so why do some posters on here?
I would have expected any Sturt supporter from the crowd who could be a witness, would have put their hand up by now.
It's obvious there isn't any evidence to back up an act of violence occurred.

Should this be a topic for the 'Conspiracy Theory Lover's Thread?" :?
