Nck Salter is very good player, but he is not that keen on the AFL.
He did the screening last week after a night out on the town and struggled a bit in the beep test.

He is a fun loving country kid who loves a drink, he has a very relaxed attitude and this might be a hard step up if he made AFL.
He has been invited out to Powers training (long with luke Jarred and Sam Fairclough).

Remember half way through this year he was going to quit league footy because he was not enjoying all the hard training and it was not enjoyable anymore......the club apparently gave him another $2000 to entice him.

Good luck to him what ever he chooses, undoubtedly he has talent to burn.
If he gets his mind right he could be anything. If Gill can play for the crows then surley Salter can, in my opinion he is a beter player.

Hmmmmm I'm not sure how much he would enjoy his time under Neil Craig.

If Salter is not super keen he may as well not bother. Surely hes smart enough to realise 5 years of dedication could set him up for life.
10 or 12 years ago I saw a bloke who was chased and drafted but wasnt dedicated called Mark Jones and where did he finish ? You can take it as a fact that he wishes he could turn the clock back.

Heard from someone inolved at the club that he wasn't going to nominate but has decided to now. Adelaide and Hawthorn have shown the most interest.
