Why does North, a club thats been outspoken about the treatment of AFL listed players, wants to recruit another one??

My guess would be with Wakelin retiring that they're a bit light on in the ruck stocks and were looking for a cheap way to add some depth in that area since some ruck options on the market proved to more $$$$ than they were willing to pay. Add to that the young lad wanted to play for North.

In that case it may well be a lose/lose situation for both SANFL clubs.
North dont get their ruckman.
Norwood have a ruckman that wants to play for North, will his heart be in it?

I know that an ex North player who was told his services were no longer required was invited out to train with Norwood and North asked Norwood for some ridiculous transfer fee. I believe it stems back to a previous incident. Whether this has anything to do with the Minson transfer I don't know.

Interestingly it appears it was Minson that approached North allegedly. (And who can blame the young lad?)
Surely if Port didn't have a chip on their shoulder about a club that speaks up against the allmighty Power unlike some other clubs (allegedly) and were only intent on the best for one of their players they'd want him to play where he wants to play.
Mind you if they were professional they probably wouldn't have lost the Grand Final by 119 points(No alledgedness needed here) and would make more money than a couple of stand alone SANFL clubs still in the SANFL!!!!!
Keep up the good work Power!!!

Idiots.
(Allegedly I feel sorry for the poor bastards that follow these idiots - only allegedly though!)

Got nothing to do with my opinion, the blackouts (whoops, power failures) have done this b4 not only with North, it doesnt really phase me, if I had my way no AFL listed players would play in the SANFL, as someone said, MINSON wants to play at North, failures have said No so he goes to a club where he will probably play in the magoos for the year, perhaps it's all a plot for the 17th AFL side
