Highly appropriate that he should go to Sturt they are a professionally run club...

McClone, Chambers, Weatherald, Sheedy, Perrie adn Cubillo under the salary cap? I'd like to see that!!!

I'd expect the ex-North Official Mr Condon might have a close look at this one....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Bit sad

Late Mail Alledged

Sturts through McGowan , d Massie and totham aheve offered this lad $3000 signing on, $700 a game and rental assistance.

Norths didnt offer as much because he is young and only player 19 odd games and withdrew the rental assistance because Josh C had his father move down from darwin and is living with him.

The Sturt football club havent even given North's the respect in a call and ask could they talk to this player, this lad was in Norths best 21 for 2008.

Josh C was also disappointed he was not drafted by north melb or another side but they stated he was a bit slow and his kicking skills are not great

From the mail im hearing, all this surfaced only 1.5 weeks ago, until then all was fine. Now the lad has a football manager and a lawyer acting on his behalf.

The North Adelaide football club are furious and may follow this one up, when Norths play Sturt prepare for fireworks on and off the field

Footnote:
When is a father going to far by telling his current club the Jash C should be playing more and will play more in the midfield

Pfft, I don't hold any malice whatsoever to Sturt. If Josh wants to play for them and gets more money good luck to them both.

Seeing no one from Sturt has been brave enough to post on here how much $$$$ they lost this season, and rumours that Barzaar aint exactly a gold mine (or perhaps a failled exploration drill...) how the heck can they afford the spree they are on?

If it is true ( Cubillo coming to Sturt ) - I will be stoked !!!

Have seen him play very well and will find a spot in our defence and make it his own - but not counting our chickens yet ( so to speak ) as his transfer fee will be pricey I would assume !!!

I see that some people are a little perplexed with what he has done and even Sturt to some extent !!!

But if any one could say that there club has never approached any player at any stage or not one player from there club has looked at another option ever - please let me know !!!
It is what it is !!!

The rules is you must ask for permission, no contact was made by sturts to norths

A few guys at sturt dont get paid the same coin as been offered to cubillo who have played more than 19 games
