As if we'd need another reason to dislike Centrals.

Thanks for the six points this year North.

bulldogproud2 wrote:Well done to Norwood on the win. Looks like a great finals series is set, particularly between the Eagles, Norwood and Central. For North supporters, take solace from the fact the race for fifth spot is still well and truly open. Wins over Sturt and South (and possibly Central), coupled with South losses to Norwood and the Eagles would give North fifth spot. If that happens, with Stewart and Motlop back, North are definitely not out of the premiership race.
Cheers

Can't see them winning the flag. But if they do happen to make the minor round, it'll be a pretty big achievement given their start.

Good gutsy win, with a fair bit of character shown by both clubs.

As per the sentiment among most fans, North should be playing finals .. They are decent team with a good balance of size and spee.

A few injury concerns, so fingers crossed we can get those players right.

Anyone got a crowd figure, looked like a pretty decent turnout.

Also, the facility that has been built looks awesome, and from the little I know of it should be amazing when complete.

We post something similarly cliched and inane and you'd squeal like pigs.

Four wins to go.

The $4m facility looked great.
The $4 siren needs an upgrade though

That isnt even worthy of being called a siren, sounds like a buzzer used on a game show.
The Taj looked fantastic though

Great place to watch footy and has fairly decent facilities. Just needs a new buzzer/siren and a time clock that can actually be seen when the suns out!
Always enjoy going to Prospect, helps that we have a fairly good record there aswell :)

Excellent crowd today, the largest I've seen at Prospect Oval.

Great weather, good game of footy (other than our usual lapses  ).
