Enjoyment of night footy at Hicky Oval has surprised even me, biased as i am, it has not been breezy (nor was it last Saturday, very still, however no one comments when conditions are perfect just wait for a windy day in Adelaide and then sledge Noarlunga) and the overall atmosphere of night footy at Noarlunga is more crowd inclusive than day matches. Given the importance of this game surely all Southies can pack Jim Deane Grandstand and Eagles can take over BBQ hill and together come up at more than 2100?

I have enjoyed both my trips to Noarlunga this year. The night game was great. It was warm and hardly any breeze. The oval surrounds are really starting to look good.

No certainty. Saturday's crowd was very disappointing.(not to pass the buck to Westies fans, but the hill was very sparse)

Got down to the ground about 6.30 and the car park inside the ground was as full as I can ever recall seeing it when we have gone down there over the years. Would be interesting to see what the crowd would have been if it had been played tonight.

Good and vocal crowd. South do it well and I always enjoy the relaxing drive there and back (esp as winners).

Since the family moved down south 18 months ago, I have ventured to the oval a few times. I quite enjoy watching games down there, particularly the night games this year (the draw with Glenelg was a highlight).
