Was a great family night... lots of stuff for the kids, cold beer and a bit of footy to watch now and then...

The score was irrellevant just a good hit out for both teams, the Magpies only played about 15 players who had played reserves or higher none of our name recruits played nor did our captain. The magpies were very competitive and were hard at the body and tackled very well for a group of mainly kids who just couldn't handle the much bigger bodies of the Power and turnovers in the backline cost many goals and lack of key forwards meant there was nothing to kick to when they went inside 50. A knee injury to Judd Robson looks bad, he has had no luck since joining the Magpies 3 seasons ago.

Those games are good regardless of the score. Wets the appetite for both groups of supporters and gets you out of the house and into the fresh air.
Used to enjoy the Norwood/Crows games a few years back, good excuse to have a beer with your mates and look at young talent emerging.
