Outplayed, outcoached, out everything. Norwood should have won by 15 goals.

If Norwood kicked straight it would have been a disaster. Speaking of which the coaching staff at Norwood need to do something QUICKLY about the Redlegs goal kicking. Disgusting !
I expect to lose Mitch Grigg to the Crows any week now.
Still think the Dogs will sneak 3rd spot.

Agree with all you said except the last line. Very concerning.

Don't know how he played - only saw the first quarter from the side of a hospital bed - but I understand he has at least four AFL clubs expressing interest. I also hear that he is not interested. Let's hope, unlike the bloke from last year who wasn't interested in the AFL, he stays interested in SANFL level.

Agreed. Strangely enough, it was West Coast that also showed interest in 'the bloke from last year' who had a similar break-out season to Glenn, plays a similar role and style (except Glenn is a left footer) to 'the bloke from last year' and actually wears the same jumper number (34) as Paul Marschall wore !!!

Glenn was okay on the weekend, but wasn't anywhere near his best game for the club (probably Port at Alberton, for mine, was his best game). He seems to be growing in confidence and looks to be a very posied, talented player. After mainly playing in defence, has been pushed into attack over recent weeks by Roy Laird...

By the way, I'm not having a go at Marschall. He's his own man, you've got to give him credit for that.

Yeah, I agree, mate. I was just having some fun, going along with your comments. Marschall has been playing a few games at South Gawler, here and there, when his work travel permits...

Spoke to josh today, west coast definitely contacted him during the week, he said he isn't sure at this stage what he'll do. He is a little bit worried about not making the next step as he only played div 4 last year. To play AFL 2 years after would be a huge jump.

Although I'm sure in 2-3 months time he will have a different view on things.

Yes, that is a good comparison. Reminds me of Paul Marschall, in how he broke onto the scene, but good comparison in terms of actually playing ability and kicking style...

Probably not as quick as what Tyson Hay was but Josh is still a very raw, talented youngster. Let's hope, unlike Marschall, he decides to want to make footy his career...
