Not at footy park, they can help at any other ground.
Ironically this stupid rule almost meant an injury of some sort was inflicted, not stopped.

I'm truly stunned by this ... One thing that has always pissed me off about the AFL, is that they plead with supporters to get to the games throughout the year and then everything changes for the Grand Final, something I didn't think the SANFL would do and whilst it might seem minor to some, this is along those lines!

I agree with Ian, the SANFL (and sport in general) should be all about the kids and bringing them onboard, and denying them this opportunity is plain stoopid imho, I would love to know the reasoning behind it!!

Eagles fans - we did have a game scheduled in round 3 at Woodville in 2006 - it was moved to Adelaide for the easter double header - In 2006 we had 7 home at Woodville, 1 home at Adelaide, 1 home at Thebby for our 9 home games. 2 thebby games were neutral games for us. We cant complain about programming in 2006 in my opinion.

1. GF at Adelaide Oval on Sunday of long weekend or at least Saturday. I hate Sunday footy before work days.
2. Allow people to stand up and drink beers at Footy Perk. Pi$$ off Westlo (theyre giving SANFL bad name!!)
3. Good Friday night footy at Adelaide Oval (or Challenge Oval) -Cant be gf rematch as keep that Anzac Day tradition.
4. Pre-season knockout comp with other leagues VFL,WAfl, etc. With a trophy worth fighting it out for!!!
5. Allow kids to kick footy at Adelaide Oval. Pi$$ of Westlo and redcoats.
6. More SANFL legends games, also get ABC2 to play old highlight tapes of games during off-season.
7. More merchandise from all clubs. Bays have crap Richmond stuff, I like the merchandise of Centrols.
8. Allow SANFL club members to get into gf for cheaper price ($10 would be a good reasonable price to get more people through gates) and in members area. (why should Crows and PAP members be able to sit in members when the real supporters can't!!).
9. Bar on hill at Glenelg Oval  And proper toilets :x
10. When they say they are going to have a double header eg. Glenelg/South and North/Port do it and dont change it just because big brother AFL.

Sick of the religious freaks that tell me its a family day, bullshit, every religious family I know spend the Sunday together.
Just about every other sport in the world plays games on Good Friday.
In a multi cultural society its a joke we don't play on Good Friday.
If we were consistent and not racist we'd also refuse to play a game on Saturday to appease the Jews.

The SANFL have got a huge chance to lead the AFL in this one but I doubt they will.

Staging a footy match is one thing. Circumventing the licensing laws to be able to serve grog to the punters is another!

1.. mini league play across the ovals at 1/2 time leaving the ends for other kids .It is promoted all year and at the longest break of the game the kids cant go on.Also some little buggers dont go near the ball all game when its played on the entire oval.

2.. give everyone in town a premiership medal before the season starts (may as well after todays appalling news).

3.. Wedgie for life member campaign gathers momentum.

4..Wedgie for "sir wedgie' campaign gathers momentum in the corridors of Buckingham Place.

5.. Wedgie for Governor campaign gathers momentum in the corridors of North Tce(can you imagine the pre-finals bbq on the wedges lawns(government house)and the banner being royall y escorted down King William St to Adelaide oval with Grogs in tow?

6..Global warming saves all attending Noarlunga Oval

7..Grand Final at Footy Park is a must

8..The premiers must have a better team official dress code than the eags did this year(dark blue shirts and chocolate pants gee didn't they look dapper)

9..Please turn on the lights at Norwood and Elizabeth for night games..appalling lighting at both if ya cant do it properly then dont do it at all

10..The budget is now very poor .I didnt buy one all year.(how about a kids section with puzzles or something in it or collector cards .How long does it take to read it from cover to cover ?

FFS you had about 10 home games this year as opposed to North's 7 and still only beat us on the table by %.
Stop whinging! :?

Not whinging mate just merely stating it would be good to play at woody before round 7 that's all. We still only had 8 home games 2 were played at Theby but were neutral games.
