I would love say the Bays were back but jeez the Panthers were woeful. Hard to read anything in to that result.

Shameful performance from South. Biggest loss since a drubbing at Unley in 2008.

Might be their (equal?) lowest score at the Bay.

Just checked. They beat it by 5 points. 3.7 in 1996.

Remember that game well Tugga Waugh kicking goals off the HBF, Bails. did the same today.

Unlike this year we were pooh in 96.

Best thing about today unlike the last two weeks we maintained the pressure all game.

Roll on next week, our destiny is in our hands.

ordinary effort.
certainly the lads had the cue in the rack before the first bounce, looking forward to Mad Monday no doubt.
Apalling skills and really a complete lack of effort from most of the team , who were only witches hats.
we were that bad I came away from the game not knowing how good the Bays are...difficult to tell.

BTw when did Glenelg change the colour of their Jumpers from Black to brown....???

Yep - garbage performance today.

Embarrassing and unacceptable (imo - not the clubs)

In all due respect - I’m not sure how good the bays are as we had no interest to be out there today.

Club needs to come out and say something after the worst loss I’ve seen in some time (they won’t though)

Not sure about that given Wilkensen’s comments to his mates at Half time to remember what they are playing for with Fitt’s (I think) 100th

Whether South blokes don’t care about the coach or their mate I don’t know but the talk was there that they were trying to play for something.

The 2s certainly did!

Not sure Wilkinson knew what he was playing for with his 3 possessions….

Reckon he started in 47 but wouldn't swear on it.

Reckon you’re on the money there Pseudo, finished in 38 though I reckon.

Nope, started in 47 (92-93), went to 38 (based on my 95-96 Budgets), finished in 30 according to Box last night.

Bottom line Benny has a ripping roll model to base his footy career. Boxhead never left anything in the tank when he played.

In the spirit of Gazzamagoo and keeping the Ins and Out thread for facts (LOL) with respect to player movement…

It was interesting note on the GSFL thread that Myponga-Sellicks are into Hayden Sampson, who’d be a zero pointer as a Pongy junior.

Have space to pay given both three exBay juniors are gone (Kennedy’s) or rumoured to have gone (Cock).
