mucker can you please explain is the Sturt Football Club making any money from the castle tavern, yes or no?
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.

Well as a business. How much profit did the lease contribute to the clubs $468,000- deficit made this year ???

Whilst I too have been told the Castle Plaza deal is far from an ideal one for Sturt I fail to see how it would have to do with a loss for 05/06 when they didn't enter into the Castle Plaza deal till the 06/07 financial year.

I don't think you guys can afford to be too picky just yet....

You can be picky when there are personal/character issues involved with the player.
If you didn't have to be that picky, Matt Cooper would still be at the club.

Yeah, Sturt would never recruit person's ex AFL players from other clubs of questionable character due to past events would they? :?

Never said we hadn't but you don't try and recruit guys just because they've got talent 'cos if that was the case we'd be trying to recruit Laurence Angwin.

*Bump*

Reported in the local rag over here that Brent Tuckey has been cleared to play with Stawell in the WFL for season 2007 after standing out of ottball for year due to a "contract dispute" with South Adelaide.

Thought the South fans might want to know what has happened to one of the players they used to cheer fervently for each Saturday oh not so long ago....

If and when I umpire one of his games any messages you want me to pass on????
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
