No bigger rivalry than Port v Norwood, and there is nothing better than beating them.

Used to be Port and probably always will be...however, the more I read this site the more I hope to whip North's arse in '07!!!

To be really general...

Sturt and North supporters p*ss me off with their upper class arrogance.
Central and Port supporters p*ss me off with their mob mentality and general feralness.
Norwood and Glenelg p*ss me off because they're still living in the 80's (Glenelg 1980's and Norwood 1880's).
South and West supporters are ok.....

One of these... ... is probably needed for this post, because I'm only being serious!
I would have expected Wedgie to have a shot at you for being too general in your comments here Aerie. Obviously this one's ok.

Love beating the Eagles - had some great clashes the last few years.

Any win is a good win and the satisfaction rises in proportion to the intensity of the game. ie. one game against West a few years ago at Arctic park seconds to go and a Bloods player punched the ball through for a point to win. (Bloods supporters would have got more out of it than we did)

But if I had to nominate a team that I preferred to beat it would be the Bays, especially in the last game of the minor round to keep them out of the finals. Mainly due to a broad beamed matron at Cornesy's first game for South at The Bay. May God bless all who sailed in her.

This is easy for me.....

North Adelaide

I hate it when Mrs_Dog_ger sings that song......

:)

Go The ROOSTERS in 2007...

I argue with Port Supporters ar Adelaide though....

I wouldn't miss it for Quids.....

30 years ago the area was tough as nails....

Not anymore..... Same as the club.....

No one is willing to die for the jumper......
Smile :)

It's only Money $$$ :)

What is happening to our SANFL guys...

Norwood very closely followed by North.North only in recent years, the standing they (the supporters) seem to think the club holds in every ones opinion is overstated.

The fact you hold us just behind Norwood confirms what we think!
(Of course being our bitch on the field especially at Alberton in recent years wouldn't have anything to do with it would it?)

I was initially suprised that the Bays were equal with Central and ahead of North but I reckon Punky is paying some people to vote with him!;)

I still haven't voted yet, can't decide but can safely rule out West and South!

He means that you blokes think you're top shelf even though you haven't won a flag since 1991. But Wedgie is probably right too, Booney doesn't like losing at Alberton to the Roosters. Maybe your fans have been picking on him!

Depends on when I'd be asked this question. In the dim dark past it might have been Port, North were a blip on the radr in the hated stakes, albeit it briefly. Always take pleasure in beating Norwood and Glenelg.

See that's what I can never work out, from the various net sites Ive been on over the years its been supporters of other clubs that have rated North higher than North supporters.

I just voted for North so we're 2 clear in 2nd spot in the respect stakes now. :D

Any Norwood fan has to say Port first and foremost for the continual respect (some would say dislike) and history between the two clubs.

Other than that I would say anyone, although I can't remember what it's like to beat the Eagles ... Wouldn't mind a good year against the Bays though after copping a few touch-ups* in the previous couple of seasons.

Central would probably be 2nd on the list because of their success/domination and then probably Sturt again as more of a historical thing.
