So they've covered the loss of Gibbs, eh?

yeah ben kane punk (& he's wearing no3)

Don't get your hopes up with Ben Kane.

I remember saying that about B Gibbs!!!

You would've said that about Gibbs before you'd really seen much of him or at least before he had much of a chance at senior level. Kane (while still only young) has had chances but failed each and every time. He's simply not that good.

I heard a glenelg player this morning i think his name was sam fisher speaking on rph who said that that brett blackwell was training well and that glenelg do not have any injury concerns at the moment. Has blackwells injury been reported in any way by the media. I know they are afl driven but you would think that this story would be huge :?

We were discussing ADAM Fisher's interview today with Paul Blandis.

I hope for 5RPH's sake the interview was pre-recorded.

He's still my hero even if he is a little bit crap.

In the paper today it says Backwell isn't getting surgery and is going to try and let it heal naturally and if that works 6-8 weeks.

A mate of mine works with Rod Jameson and he has said Backwell has a chipped bone at the top of his shin and there is no medial damage, should be back no later than round 3.

Ok fair enough the paper reported backwells injury. But some of you made it sound like his career was over and so to was glenelg over. I am not prepared to write any team off because i dont my team to suffer for it. :)
