so would i say right that most if not all clubs exceed the salary cap ... the good ones dont get caught

y cant we go to a points system per game ... then we all know everyone is playing above board


if a club is succeding finacially then good luck to them

if a club that finishes wooden spooners last year breaks the salary cap then what hope does all the rest have
