Its amazing how many Sturt fans are on the bandwagon, posts about Sturt have jumped 10 fold on this site...all I can say is early season form can be very very misleading long term (i bloody hope so anyway!)....lets have a reality check...they have beaten 4th, 6th & 9th from last year, good effort but no world beaters and none by convincing margins...

Fair call on the teams they have beaten, although I think most SANFL followers believe at least 2 of those teams have improved significantly from last year.

My kudo's post was aimed more at people like MST and SP who maintained the faith when many accused them of being deluded (or words to that effect).

I am pretty convinced we could go undefeated this season and you would still find a way to be exceedingly negative. There is a tongue in cheek saying out Unley way that there are two types of supporters, Sturt supporters and those that wish they were......

124 point turnaround v Glenelg last week and a 111 turnaround yesterday mate.

I am very wary about facing the Legs this week though. We made a similar start in 2005 and were top of the ladder coming in to the game with Norwood at Unley, whilst Norwood had only won once.

We lost comfortably.

Lesson: We have to be switched on and keen to play our best footy so we are top of the pile before a well earned break in round five.

well said....we havent beaten them in a while iirc....2004 maybe??? we cant get complacent, just need to keep doing the things we do and do it well. Bandwagon is very old hat - most of the posts are from regulars on this site.

Reality is we are 3 wins from 3 games and I pretty much was hopin that we would @ least have 1 win @ this stage and the fact we are well in front of that I will remain stoked with our teams results so far for the first 3 rounds.

What ever happened to 'grace' Thanks for your reallity check duch. We were the guys suffering (week in week out) humilliation last season. Towards the end of the season we were a complete rabble We have a decent start to the season and you post this ............. world beaters no just a club which has a 'buzz' at the moment.
