Its been in the Messenger, along with all the normal ads in the Advertiser and then anyone driving up Main North Road near Hillbank/Elizabeth Vale and probably up Munno Para way would have caught those solar-powered and well lit road signs that are on day and night for the last two weeks advertising the match.
ARRIVE... RAISE HELL... LEAVE.

The team looks very strong, especially when you notice some of the names not actually in the first team. Quinno, Westhoff, Sibenaler and a few others are being made to work hard for a shot in the league team. Hopefully Cowan's shoulder comes up in a couple of weeks. I think 10000 is a more realistic goal than some people seem to think. We've been getting 6-8k for most night games, but with Port being closer than other clubs you'd hope that more supporters would come along. They also have more supporters than any other club (even if most don't go as often as they used to), and are sitting second while the extra advertising will no doubt help lift the crowd. I think each of these reasons will be a facter, so I'd be dissapointed not to get within 1k at least.

Grabbed a copy of the budget today and I've figured out why the Gowans twins seem to be on their own so often. Apparently other clubs don't seem to regard them as 2 players. In the captains comment section they've asked about which 3 players they admire, and 3 of the 4 that said "the gowans" then named 2 other players! Unfortunately Mark Clayton has twigged there are 2 of them so no such liberties this weekend.

Unfortunately, the weather that has been forecast might keep the crowd away :(
