So...Of the 20 (including ties) Magareys handed out...4 have been to blokes who have NOT had any affiliation with a VFL/AFL side.
1 (Brett Ebert) was on the list of Port Power, and the other 15 had been affiliated with a VFL/AFL club..

Ebert was on Ports list in 2003. Was emergency a few times during the year and was the travelling emergency for the match against Hawthorn late in the year (Round 17ish). Unlucky not to get a game really.
