in cricket, level 3 coaches i think are actually invited...you cant just complete level 2, coach at a grade level, then go for your level 3, you need to be selected...is it the same for footy?

Seeing that he coached them to within a game of being relegated from div 3, I'm surprised they gave him the job again... could be a great inclusion for the bays

i agree with getting someone from outside the club, but just because Jars isnt afraid to recruit doesnt mean the board will actually allow that to happen.

I actually believe that it is time to move on some of the players. the results didnt improve when we changed coach, and i think that says a lot more about the players.
