Sounds like the guys got a decent hit out.
Missing close to a dozen league players tonight so not a bad effort, disappointing to cop a few injuries out of tonight. Believe we finished the game with only 1 on the bench, hopefully nothing serious

Good hitout for the Dogs and they should gain a bit of confidence out of it.

Only bad news looks like Sibenaler will miss Round 1 with some injury, Hardy went to full back and dominated that position so the Ken Farmer Medalist may play as a full back Round 1.

Positives for me where

-dominated the rucks and clearances again, this looks like an area we may excel this year
-Alan Obst close to best on ground, great to have him back and looking fit.
-The combination of Dallas Hill, Obst, Hardy, and the resting ruckmen looks like we have a few options up forward.
-Castree racked them up once again and used it pretty well CLASS
-Dave Haydon across half back was great, probably will line up round1.
-Luke Habels workrate across the ground was brilliant, his pace is vital to us.
-A tackling pressure has been great throughout all 3 trial games, we look big strong and hard at it.

Still a few guns to come back too! Goodrem, Nash etc. Gonna love having Nash, Collier & Symes in the backlines!

Quite impressed with South, had some big bodies ( in both games ) and moved the ball well. Depends a lot on their depth but based on that showing are certainties for the finals maybe even top 3.
Legs did what they needed to early and rested quite a few so the result was irrelivant.
Both teams would be happy with that hit out.
