Wooden spoon winning team has profit of $110,000?

Go figure.

Looks like Uncle Doug has forgotten to include the Football side of things in his business priorities...

$110,000? That's $22,000 per Westies supporter...

Will the club send me a financial report or do I have to ring up and hassle for it?

Hell while we're at it, did they send out the bloods bulletins this year because I sure didn't get any.

lbj23 - The salary cap never appears to be an issue out at Centrelink Park, so might as well grab as many has beens as you can. I'm sure some more devious ways of expoiting the system can be discovered.

Well Jimmy - my point was if it was only the figured originally posted they would be asking some serious questions at doggyland (as would any club) if you dropped around $150K over 12 months.

Yep! No seriously - all the SANFL clubs manage to get hold of each others annual reports once they are released so their are no real secrets - just suprised GC didn't add up the combined profits. I haven't read the Centrals report yet but the finance director of the dogs is a business partner with the finance direector of north (who is a friend of mine) and he happened to mention the dogs were around the $300K mark again - no real secret or suprise though. There are not too many secrets between the 2 clubs administrators and boards.

And if that joint venture had have happened there'd be even less secrets between North and Centrals. Ask Drebin.
